Cube Packaging Solutions is committed to fair and accessible employment practices. Whenever possible, candidates with disabilities will be accommodated during the recruitment, assessment and hiring processes as well as during employment. Workplace emergency response information will be provided to employees with disabilities as well as to their supervisors to ensure appropriate measures are taken during emergencies.
Recruitment, hiring and employment policies and practices are regularly reviewed and modified by Cube to ensure that we are in compliance with relevant laws. Any changes to policies or procedures will be communicated to employees, as required under Part III – Employment Standards of the Integrated Accessibility Standards. Performance management, career growth and redeployment processes will be reviewed and kept current to ensure that the requirements of employees with disabilities who may have accessibility needs are adequately taken into consideration.
Cube will develop and revise, as required, policies in respect of individual accommodation plans and return-to-work processes for employees who have been absent due to a disability.
Cube will take the opportunity to identify and take any necessary steps to prevent and remove other accessibility barriers that could adversely impact employment. This will be achieved in conjunction with our ongoing commitment to all of applicable provincial and federal employment laws and legislation.
